• Each account is intended for individual, professional use only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension

• Access to Broker Link requires a paid monthly or annual subscription, billed in AED.
• All payments are processed securely. Broker Link does not store payment card information directly.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; however, no refunds are given for unused subscription periods.
We may modify pricing, features, or subscription structures with 30 days’ notice via email or on-site notification.

You agree not to:
• Post fake, outdated, or misrepresented listings.
• Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or unethical purposes.
• Harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or access data via bots or automated tools.
• Use the Platform to solicit users or promote third-party services without written consent.
Broker Link reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines

All trademarks, content, designs, logos, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Broker Link or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials for non-personal or commercial use.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our software.
• Use Broker Link branding without express written permission

• All listings, descriptions, documents, and uploads must be accurate, legal, and professional.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant Broker Link a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the platform for the purpose of real estate collaboration.
• Broker Link does not verify each listing. Users are responsible for due diligence before engaging in transactions.

Broker Link may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, document generation tools). You acknowledge:

• Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
• Broker Link is not responsible for the content or services provided by third parties.

• All user activity, listing data, and documents are kept private within the network.
• You may not share another user's listings or internal Broker Link data outside the platform without consent.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in termination and legal action.

• Broker Link acts as a digital facilitator only. We are not a broker, buyer, or legal representative in any transaction.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-submitted content.
• All deals, agreements, and negotiations are conducted at the sole discretion of the involved parties.

The platform is provided “as-is” without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broker Link shall not be liable for any:

• Lost profits or data,
• Business interruption,
• Inaccurate listings or failed deals,
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent subscription period.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
• Remove any content that violates our standards or UAE law.
• Cancel accounts with suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

You may terminate your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Dubai.
• In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or dashboard notification.

Your continued use of Broker Link after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms

We are committed to safeguarding user data in accordance with UAE data protection regulations and industry-standard encryption practices.
• Access to sensitive data (such as user activity, communications, or documents) is restricted to authorized personnel and used only for support or legal compliance.
• Users are responsible for implementing secure practices (e.g., strong passwords, logging out from public devices).

In case of any data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours

• While we aim to provide 24/7 platform availability, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs.
• Users will be notified in advance (whenever possible) of downtime that could affect accessibility.
• Broker Link is not liable for any interruption, loss of access, or delay resulting from maintenance or force majeure.

• Users may submit feedback or suggestions for improving the platform.
• By doing so, you grant Broker Link a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, publish, and incorporate such feedback without compensation.
• Broker Link reserves the right to remove feedback that is abusive, misleading, or inappropriate.

• From time to time, Broker Link may offer referral rewards or affiliate incentives for bringing new users to the platform.
• Referral rewards are only valid if the referred agent completes the sign-up and subscription process.
• Broker Link reserves the right to modify or terminate such programs at any time, with or without notice.

• You agree to comply with all local laws and real estate regulations of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
• Any violation of UAE law during your use of Broker Link will result in account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Broker Link is not responsible for regulatory non-compliance by users.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Broker Link. You understand that you are using the platform as an independent professional or agency, and Broker Link does not represent or act on behalf of any party in your transactions.

• By registering, you consent to receive periodic platform updates, feature announcements, newsletters, or promotional messages from Broker Link.
• You may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in email communications or adjusting your profile preferences

Broker Link shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, internet service disruption, governmental action, labor disputes, or acts of God

Upon termination of your account, any clauses related to intellectual property, data confidentiality, user obligations, and liability limitations shall remain in effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement you enter into, constitute the entire agreement between you and Broker Link, superseding any prior agreements (written or verbal).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under UAE law, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

• Broker Link is designed to facilitate collaboration, not to act as a mediator in disputes between agencies or agents.
• Any conflict or disagreement arising from deals made on the platform must be resolved directly between the involved parties.
• Broker Link may, at its discretion, offer guidance or temporary suspensions if a user is repeatedly reported for unethical practices.

To protect the performance and integrity of the platform, Broker Link enforces a Fair Usage Policy:

• Excessive bulk uploads, data scraping, or automated downloads are prohibited.
• Users must not attempt to abuse trial periods, free features, or promotional codes using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Abusive behavior may result in temporary throttling, content review, or account restriction.

• Broker Link reserves the right to monitor, review, edit, or remove any content that violates platform rules, real estate laws, or ethical conduct.
• If your content is reported by another user, Broker Link may:
o Notify you of the report
o Review and temporarily hide the content
o Suspend your account if violations persist

You may submit an appeal via email if you believe the moderation decision was in error.

Users are encouraged to report:

• Fake or duplicated listings • Suspicious activity or spam • Breaches of confidentiality or professionalism

A built-in “Report” feature allows for discreet, confidential flagging of inappropriate activity. Broker Link will investigate all reports within 3 business days.

If you are granted a free trial:

• Access is limited in duration and feature scope.
• Trial users are subject to the same Terms & Conditions as paid users.
• Broker Link reserves the right to terminate trial access at any time in the event of abuse or policy violation.

• Broker Link is continuously evolving. New tools, integrations, and policy changes may be introduced regularly.
• Major changes will be communicated via email, dashboard pop-ups, or platform notices.
• Continued use of the platform implies agreement to future enhancements and interface changes.

• Some features may be released in beta (early access) for testing.
• Beta tools are provided “as-is”, with no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or performance.
• Your feedback is valuable and may influence the public version of the tool.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are legally authorized to represent your agency.
• The listings and documents you upload are truthful and do not infringe on third-party rights.
• You will not impersonate other agents, use fake credentials, or provide misleading information.

If your account is suspended:

• You will receive an email with the reason and next steps.
• You may respond within 7 days to appeal the decision with supporting evidence.
• Broker Link will review the case and respond within 5 business days with a final decision.

• Listing data
• Contracts generated through the platform
• KPI performance logs (if available under your subscription plan)

Export requests must be made via support and may require identity verification.

Legal notices are deemed received within 48 hours of email delivery or 5 days after postal delivery

This Agreement is written in English.
• In case of a discrepancy between translated versions, the English version will take precedence
